The new «Management 4 Steel»: innovation, digital transformation and dissemination of the steel culture
In the age of sharing, also the corporate education can benefit from the team work. This is even more true if the challenges change as fast as the digital innovation do. Therefore, four of the most important italian steel companies decided to overcome their individual identity and to start a common project, whose shared aim is to train employees on their hard and soft skills.
The agreement signed by Aso, Duferco, Feralpi and Pittini focuses on the importance of investing in young talents in order to foster the cultural improvement and the dissemination of the steel culture within the companies.
The path of higher education, approved and shared among the companies, aims at providing cross-cutting knowledge and skills, while at the same time fostering the creation of a network in the steel industry.
The project will start in the autumn.
